You pay for the number of "makers" in their Productmotion workspace. A "maker" is an "editor" user that has full access to all feedback, feature, and roadmap features (create, modify, delete, prioritize, create insights, etc.). Having an active workspace requires at least one maker. Within makers, at least one needs to be designated as an "admin" who will have administrative rights to the workspace (adding / removing users, billing, etc.). Every Active workspace can invite an unlimited number of “collaborators” which are view and comment only users. Collaborators can share feedback via comments and access data in feedback, features, and roadmaps, but they cannot make changes.
